PISTACHIO PASTA

This post is sponsored by Vero Gusto, but the content and opinions expressed are my own.

Pasta is one of the most comforting and delicious meals that my kids ask for every week! A lot of times Savannah will ask me for spaghetti 2-3x a week because she just loves Italian food! Barilla is my favorite brand of pasta and it’s my definitely my go-to brand when it comes to lunch and dinner. I was so happy to discover that Barilla had a new premium sauce, Vero Gusto, and a recipe collection on Anycart.com/@verogusto. Vero Gusto by Barilla is made with quality, simple ingredients and nothing artificial.

What I love about Vero Gusto sauce is that it tastes like an authentic homemade Italian sauce. I went to Italy several years ago and miss the all the flavorful dishes that I enjoyed on my trip. Plus, this sauce doesn’t have any added sugars or preservatives. I’m a mom who always reads the food labels because I like to know what’s going into my dish. My kids eat everything I cook so I do not buy anything artificial. Both Savannah and Tyler LOVE this pasta I made which is why I’m so excited to share with you all how easy it was!

If you haven’t tried Anycart.com yet, it’s a new online grocery service that allows you to shop and add an entire recipe to your cart! It’s super easy, all you have to do is: 1.) browse the recipes 2.) place the order on your desktop or phone 3.) deliver to your home or schedule a curbside pick up. I love that Anycart.com has no markups, no service fees, and offers a free delivery during the COVID-19 crisis to help families access food safely. I have two toddlers and the last thing I want to worry about is running out to the store and not being able to find the things I need to cook them a hot meal. Shopping for groceries on Anycart.com is so easy and I love that I can plan out my meals, buy it online, and get free same-day delivery!

I’m so excited to show you all this delicious Roasted Pistachio Pasta I made with Vero Gusto Calabrian Marinara sauce. I followed the step-by-step videos on Anycart.com/@verogusto. Dinner took me less than 30 minutes to make and my kids were so happy!! Savannah said this was so yummy and Tyler kept asking for more! Here is the recipe I used.

You can also swap, add, or remove any ingredient you want to your shopping list on any recipe! Click to simplify your meal planning with Anycart.com and try this Vero Gusto recipe or many others next time you cook dinner. I hope ya’ll enjoyed this post and let me know if you try Vero Gusto’s Roasted Pistachio Pasta…it’s so good you won’t be disappointed. And it’s also vegan too! :)
